As Cook, you will execute the executive chef and sous chef's recipes at their direction to create clean and delicious dishes.
1. Cook and reproduce the same high quality food in a consistent fashion. · Learn and follow all standardized recipes and cooking methods from the executive chef and sous chef. · Prepare all the items needed at your station and be ready by opening time. · Operate all stations in the kitchen, from dishwashing to line cooking to deep frying.
2. Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen in accordance with food hygiene policies and standards. · Keep all workstations clean and tidy. (Please return all equipment to its original place.) · Store perishable items in suitable containers. · Clean up at the end of the shift as directed by the sous chef. (Keep all ingredients in the refrigerator.)
3. Carry out other related duties as assigned. · Daily inventory management, reporting shortages to the sous chef, and creating order slips by time due. · Prep items as needed for next the meal service.
· Actively participates in work, values teamwork, and cooperates with other staff members. · Flexible working weekdays/weekends/holidays. · Able to independently manage hygiene, health, and time.
· Ability to prepare and cook meals based on recipes. · Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in any situation. · Written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to perform physical aspects of work. Able to stand, lift and move heavy equipment and work in hot conditions.
· High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training and experience preferred. · Previous kitchen experience in a similar role preferred. · Able to use Microsoft Office

As Waitstaff, you are responsible for creating a warm, relaxing and dramatic atmosphere for your guests by providing knowledgeable and prompt service rooted in the spirit of Japanese hospitality.
1. Greet every customer with a warm and friendly smile.
2. Respond and serve guests accurately and promptly. · Provide a menu for each guest. · Answer guest questions, explain specials and recommend pairings. · Take orders from guests and enter them into the POS system in a timely manner. · Provide and refill drinks as needed in a timely manner. · Serve food in a timely manner to ensure the best quality for our guests. · Check on guests during meals.
3. Payment processing · Provide check at the end of the meal. · Collect and process payments. · At the end of the shift, balance and close the register.
4. Prepare tables in your section. · Clean,inspect, and stage tables for the next guest. · Maintain full inventory of requested items, such as spare utensils and plates.
5. Collect and share guest feedback to improve guest experience. · Welcome and listen carefully to comments and feedback from all customers. · Share information with the sous chef on a daily basis.
6. Perform opening and closing procedures.

As Bartender, you will be responsible for producing a warm, relaxing atmosphere for guests by providing knowledgeable and responsive service at the hotel’s restaurant bar and sake bar.
1. Greet every customer with a warm and friendly smile.
2. Respond and serve guests accurately and promptly. · Provide menus to customers at all counters and the tables in the Sake Bar. · Answer guest questions, explain drink specials, and suggest recommended pairings. · Learn and share knowledge of sake to guests. · Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes provided. · Create specialty drinks not on the menu and record new recipes. · Take orders from guests and enter them into the POS system in a timely manner. · Provide and refill drinks as needed in a timely manner. · Check on guests and engage in friendly conversation during the course of their drinks and meals as needed. · Ensure that all laws related to serving alcohol are followed at all times.

4. Clean and maintain the bar space. · Clean, inspect, and stage bars for the next customers. Keep your behind-the-bar workstation clean and tidy. · Maintain full stock of utensils and liaise with sous chefs for replenishment of items as needed. · Maintain full stock of beverages and consumables and liaise with the sous chef to restock as needed.
